REFUND POLICY.
Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations with at least 24 hours' notice: If you need to cancel a booking and notify us at least 24 hours in advance, you are eligible for a full refund or credit towards a future walk.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled walk: Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled walk are non-refundable, as routes and group allocations have already been planned.

No-shows: If we arrive for pick-up and your pup is not available, the session is non-refundable.
Memberships & Packages

Refunds: Memberships and prepaid packages are non-refundable, but we are happy to reschedule walks if notified in advance.

Pausing Memberships: If you need to pause your membership due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., travel, illness), please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Weather-Related Cancellations
If a walk needs to be canceled due to extreme weather conditions (e.g., storms, dangerous heat), we will offer a rescheduled session or credit, but no refunds.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for special circumstances. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us.
